Kingside is a lean team of dedicated and experienced people supporting some of the fastest-growing platforms in the cryptocurrency, sports, and iGaming industries.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a commercially minded CRM Specialist to join our growing retention function. You’ll play a key role in helping improve player engagement, campaign performance, lifecycle communication, and retention outcomes across casino, sportsbook, and sweepstakes products.

The Role:

As a CRM Specialist, you’ll report to the Head of CRM and work closely with a variety of teams including BI, product, and marketing.

You’ll support the planning, execution, analysis, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, push, onsite, and other lifecycle channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in how data, promotions, player behaviour, and communication strategy come together to drive retention.

While the role will support wider CRM activity, a key focus will be helping build, analyse, and optimise CRM campaigns for sweepstakes casino audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone with 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, iGaming, consumer tech, or another high-volume digital product.

You should be comfortable working with player data, campaign results, segmentation, bonus performance, and retention metrics. You do not need to own the full strategy from day one, but you should be proactive, commercially curious, and able to turn data into clear recommendations.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, data analytics, iGaming, sweepstakes, consumer tech, fintech, or another performance-led digital business.

  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of CRM fundamentals, including segmentation, campaign performance, player lifecycle stages, churn, reactivation, bonus usage, and retention KPIs.

  • Sweepstakes CRM: Familiarity with sweepstakes casino mechanics.

  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaboration: Able to work closely with a range of teams to achieve your desired outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Lifecycle: Segment players by behaviour, value, and risk. Analyse churn and build early-warning signals. Measure whether CRM campaigns are actually moving the needle or just costing us money.

  • Promotions: Work out the real ROI on bonuses, tournaments, and cashback. Model wagering requirements and bonus structures. Spot abuse patterns and quantify how much we're leaking.

  • Fraud & Compliance: Monitoring risk on the platform, suspicious activity and 

  • Reporting: Tracking key metrics of the platform and offering actionable insights based on the data

Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Posthog, SQL).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Can juggle CRM, promos, and compliance work without dropping anything.


Highly Beneficial If You Have:

  • Direct experience in sweepstakes casino, online casino, sportsbook, crypto gaming, or real-money gaming.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, Optimove, Xtremepush, or similar.

  • Understanding of bonus economics, wagering requirements, player reinvestment, VIP segmentation, or promotion abuse.


Note: This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and may require occasional travel.
